About the Polyester: we can go for the screen printing, the width is about 220cm without sewn. The CMYK printing size is about 170cm without sewn. All the material such as 100% Polyester, Knitted Polyester, Spun Polyester and Nylon are workable to go for the flag. About the 100% polyester, there are 68D polyester, 75D polyester, 100D polyester, 150D polyester and so on, there also have the 110G knitted polyester and 115G knitted polyester, the spun polyester is the most heavy and durable material, however, it only can be printed by hand, not by machine.

About the Design: we can go for the flag as the art work you provided, the PDF AI CDR or EPS vectorgraph, if you have special specs, please feel free to let me know, or special accessories.

About the CMYK: if you want to go for the flag with digital picture, please send me the vector graph in AI or CDR format, I also want to know the PMS color number, so if you want to go for the flag printed by CMYK, please feel free to let me know..
